SPRUKE UKULELE FESTIVAL. Brisbane Sept 13/ 14/ 15th

We were invited to join the Sprooky Cabaret, an initiative of the Spruke Committee to add a little spice to their wonderful ukulele festiva, the theme of which was Friday 13th ……So we chose our most suitable songs for the occasion - our Dementia, Divorce and Despair set…. we shared the stage during the evening with some other rather well-known bands ; The Thin White Uses, The Ukulele Death Squad and Mama Juju and the Jam Tarts. It was a wonderful night and a great way to open the Brisbane Ukulele Festival. We were delighted to be there and thank the very hard working organisers who put the whole thing together. Special mention to Max and Karin who also billeted us in their home, most generous people! A big Lovey Thankyou!!
